At least we presume she’s a cheerleader – the pompoms and boots kind of hint at it. Those boots…in the finest videogame tradition Silvia boasts a different set of skills to Joe. For a start, she can jump higher- hardly, but kind of dull – oh, and a laser gun, definitely not dull. In fact, it makes for a great contrast to Joe’s close range combat skills and , of course, can be powered up using the Slow VFX power – increasing the size and potency of the gun’s projectile and potential for spewey – leaser death.

One element of the original Viewtiful Joe that we didn’t get a chance to fill you in on in our Beta, what with the version we played not actually featuring it, is Joe’s trusty vehicle, the six Machine. It isn’t exactly abused in the original game, hence it gets an extended run in Viewtiful Joe 2, transforming, in true Japanese Tv show tradition, into multiple forms, including a drill, submarine, cannon and racer.

Extra features are all but guaranteed with this Capcom sequel – that ‘TBC’ in the number of players box alludes to the fact that we’ve seen footage featuring both Joe and Silvia on the screen at the same time. Whether this means Viewtiful Joe 2 will support two players, or that it will simply have computer Al control the second character to be seen, Capcom is keeping tight lipped, but expect to hear it here first soon.

And slay he will – Sega Wow has included over 100 different monsters, raging from ogres to skeletons to giant deities in an adventure that promises to be an impressive third-person adventure akin to Devil May Cry.

Of course, Hyakkimaru will not be simply limited to the weapons connected to his torso, and a number of weapons still be revealed by the developer can be collected during the adventure – presumably Hyakkimaru’s prosthetic firepower will become less deadly as he unifies his organs and dispenses with the prosthetic replacement, and will need a little added artillery to redress the balance. Another intriguing aspects of Blood will Tell is that is the throughout the course of the game, the vengeful warrior will be accompanied by his young friend Dororo, a thief who can be controlled in areas where Hyakkimaru can no longer progress. Two players will also be able to the companions cooperatively and unravel the mystery together, adding some multiplayer longevity to what is often seen as a single player, narrative-led genre, Blood Will Tell should be one of the most outstanding game of its time

The weekend has arrived once again and I decided that it would be wise to stay indoors this Saturday night, there was very little money in my account, and I didn’t want to put myself in a situation where I would be totally penniless. I wanted to leave a little something in there for food, electricity and other bits and bobs. Besides lately I’ve been tying to live frugally and only buy things that are actually necessary.

About 2 hours later after watching some seriously boring Saturday TV, and a bit of peer pressure from my mates, I decided that I would go out and just live on baked beans until next week when I got paid.

So imagine my absolute horror when I reached the cash point and found that my balance was £0.32…Oops, I guess that £150 leather jacket wasn’t exactly a necessity. But still I thought there would at least be a couple quid still I hadn’t realised that I had spent quite so much. The cab was going to be here any minute, my friends were all ready to go and I had no money. Not only was this a really embarrassing situation, it was also very frustrating and annoying.

That’s when one of my friends suggested TxtLoan, You simply send them a text, and within minutes your account is credited with £100. Easy. A little too easy I thought. So I looked into it a bit further.

I found that £100 needs to be paid back within 7 days in order to escape paying any extra charge, however, on day 8, £110 needs to be repaid which works out to be monstrous 994% APR.

If for any reason I find myself unable to make repayments by day 9, TxtLoan will send me a reminder which comes with its own £25 “administrative and transaction fee” which will increase the amount repayable to £135. All of a sudden this loan isn’t looking too attractive, and it gets worse.

If by day 11 I’m still not able to pay the loan back, I’ll be sent another reminder and again charged £25 administrative and transaction fee. This pushes the total loan amount to £160. By day 16 I’ll owe TxtLoan £180, and by day 23 I’ll have to pay £200.
Txt loan say “Day 46…if the loan is not paid back in full, we refer the loan to our collection department which incurs an additional £46 administrative charge and transaction fee and we may refer the loan to our collection partner.”

The company appeals to people who are living from pay cheque to pay cheque and young people who don’t really think about when they actually have to pay the money back. The company comes down very hard on customers who can’t afford to pay the money back straight away.

Although the company claim that they are there to “help people overcome day-to-day cash flow problems, they also encourage people like me who may need it for a night out, for fun or to go shopping.

Text loan only declines people who have been declared bankrupt or been subject of debt collection within the last 18 months. Other than that anyone, no matter how poor their credit status is and regardless of how much debt they are already in, has access to £100 to get themselves into even more debt.

There has always been pay day loan companies and quick cash lenders about but this must be the fastest and the most expensive.

All that information quickly put me off the night out, the programme that I had initially deemed boring suddenly became very interesting, so I wished my friends a great night and waved them goodbye, and opted for a quiet, debt free night in front of the TV.

Online Dating Mature 50 Plus Singles

The internet has become an indispensable part of daily life with even individuals in their fifties and sixties taking to it actively for their daily tasks. It is not surprising therefore that this wonderful tool is also being used aggressively to make friends as the opportunities present them selves very easily at just a click of the mouse.

Senior people in their fifties and above who were hitherto handicapped to some extent in finding friends due to physical limitations have welcomed this technological advantage and are able to now connect with people of their age and preferences. It is not easy for an over fifty person to walk into a bar or social club and strike conversation with somebody or look for a date.

Most of them have reached a stage in life where they are reasonably well settled having brought up their kids and made them self sufficient. However, some of them suffer from loneliness due to separation from their spouse due to death or divorce and would like to seek the company of somebody who would be a good friend to them. These people are not looking for marriage or sex per se and just want a good friend for company. Having got emotionally scarred from an unhappy relationship with their existing partner, some of these people are chary of getting into another relationship, but have no choice due to the dreadful loneliness they face.

Many mature dating internet sites have cropped up to encourage such kind of mature dating or senior dating wherein people try to look for like minded friends. These sites know the difficulties of dating for these senior individuals and are trying to make it convenient for them through the process of matching profiles and tastes without the person having to leave the comfort of his home. Since these sites concentrate specifically on this age segment, it becomes easier for somebody over fifty to look for a partner or friend without having to sift through many irrelevant profiles. Moreover, for the uninitiated, these sites guide them step by step on how to create a profile and get into the process of finding their companion.

Having registered at the site and found some compatible members, the next challenge is to ascertain the like mindedness of the individuals identified. This is the most crucial parameter and the foundation on which a mature dating relationship can be forged. After all, like mentioned before, people over fifty are not looking for casual flings and are very serious about seeking a good friend and without this factor of like mindedness, the relationship is unlikely to sustain. Hence common interests, similar mental make-ups and desires have to be the starting point for any such relationship to develop.

If mental compatibility can be achieved, the rest is easy. The relationship can develop into something deeper over time and it is entirely up to both the members as to how they wish to progress on that front. At the same time, at any stage in the relationship both of them need to possess the maturity and humility to let go in the event of one of them wanting to opt out of the relationship for any reason.

In these times of synthetic craze and hype about everything unnatural, it is indeed heartening to hear about something natural. Waldorf dolls is one such item that is made out of natural materials and made in such a manner that there is a lot of scope for the purchaser of such dolls to give it distinct identities. The finish of these dolls is left pretty vague so much so that even the sex is not known and it is left up to the young child for whom these dolls are meant for to give full vent to its creative imagination and lend it a form that is special to the child. These dolls have become very popular mainly due to their low cost of manufacture and the fact that they allow so much of creative freedom in a child. It is indeed a source of great accomplishment and achievement for the child, when it is able to fashion out something out of nothing and it is for the parents to encourage this freedom of expression in their children by making available all necessary resources to make that happen. Parents will also carry with them a positive feeling that they have contributed to the learning of their child in a manner that is without danger and within their budget.

So what is it that makes Waldorf dolls different from the other more popular ones in the market?

These are hand made with natural elements like cotton and wool stuffing.

Since they are hand crafted, they often carry the maker’s love and dedication within them, which is very different from the dolls churned out by machines in the factory.

These dolls convey a feeling of warmth and snugness due to the materials used making them ideal for small children.

The ones made for infants do not need to be dressed since the body itself is covered with attractive colored fabric

The variety available is good from very simple babies to more advanced dolls complete with button joints.

While the most basic one is the bunting baby, which can be put together pretty quickly, more advanced dolls with arms and legs without any joints are equally popular with children. Parents are finding such dolls ideal gifts for their children as they are able to garner the additional resources pretty easily in today’s times. The internet, books and other word of mouth information on these dolls have made it very convenient for parents to gift Waldorf dolls to their children, knowing fully well that they encourage creativity and are harmless. It is also a good idea to check with local craftsmen and stores that hold classes for such a hobby. They are quite affordable and you could pick up some skills that would save you a lot of time that you would have otherwise spent in learning them from books or the internet. You will also benefit from the experience of making new friends at such workshops.

It is also useful to look around the popular resale markets for better variety of resources that may have become available, thanks to the growing popularity of these dolls with time.

Whatever the time of year, break ups are painful, heartbreaking and hard to deal with. But they’re especially devastating when they happen over the holidays. So why do relationships break down during the festive season. After all, isn’t it supposed to be a merry, jolly time full of love, peace and good will to all men?

Well the answer is that there are actually quite a number of contributing factors. The biggest and most obvious is probably financial strain.

Couples feel obliged to spend on luxurious, overpriced gifts in order to prove to their nearest and dearest how much they love them. Come on girls, we’re all guilty of giving purposely not too subtle hints about the presents that we just have to have, or just casually and repeatedly mentioning the pair of shoes that you happened to see, which by the way would look good with the designer dress that you tried on and absolutely cant live without.

While this may seem harmless, fun and maybe even cute to you, you might actually be putting a lot of pressure on your partner, and although you convince yourself that a new dress is a small price for your man to pay in order to make you happy, what if that dress costs you your relationship.

Christmas and New Year, although a time for celebration can be very stressful, and a lot of pressure is put on our partners to get everything right.
We want them to look presentable and speak well to impress our parents at the family dinner, we want them to come across sociable and laugh along with the jokes they don’t get at our friends Christmas party, and we want them to nod in the right places and look convincingly interested when chatting to colleagues at the Christmas work do. If they don’t all hell breaks loose.

What you have to remember is that Christmas doesn’t revolve around you. It is a time when the whole family gets together. So apart from you, your boyfriend is thinking about getting the perfect present for his sister who just had a baby, a thoughtful present for his mother who he wants to show his appreciation for and a useful gift for his grandmother who he guiltily, rarely sees. Now for us ladies not only is this very easy, it’s also fun, after all it’s just another excuse to shop. For men it’s not so enjoyable and it can actually be strenuous and exhausting. Adding pressure to your man by insisting that he do all these things just pushes him away, takes all the fun out of the holiday and can lead to a break-up.

So how can you holiday proof you relationship, and ensure that you see it right through Christmas, soar past New Years and beyond. Here are 5 easy ways to make sure you’re not sobbing over heartbreak and comfort eating on turkey when you should be enjoying the special day that ‘tis Christmas:

1.	Don’t pressure your guy to partake in events that you know he doesn’t like. We all love bragging to our friends and colleagues about how wonderful, thoughtful kind and loving our blokes are, and Christmas parties are the perfect time to drag our fellas along and prove that all that boasting was true. However, if your man would prefer not to sit through boring banter with your boss about a subject he has no clue or real interest in; it would be a good idea not to force him. He’ll only be unrelaxed and unnatural anyway, it will be apparent that he’s not interested and you giving him an ear bashing on the ride home for not making an effort will make him feel unappreciated for at least coming. Basically the night ends with both of you in a bad mood.

2.	Do make presents for each other. Instead of getting your man to buy a gift that will max out his credit card, put him in debt and probably destroy his credit status. Why not try making gifts this year? I’d actually prefer a beautiful necklace I hear you protest. You’ll find that something made is actually more special, intimate and thoughtful, because it means he took time to think about you, what he knows you’d like and then put it together. Whatever he makes will be something personal, original and will leave enough money in the bank for him to pay the bills next month.

3.	Don’t make such a fuss over the holidays. Relax!! Christmas is just one day out of the whole year. Fussing about buying the right gifts for family, what you should wear and how he should dress is just unnecessary hype. It also makes the whole day less enjoyable, how about going casual this year, his parents will probably find you more approachable and he will feel more relaxed and comfortable too.

4.	Do make sure that you spend quality time with each other, it so easy to forget to have some alone time when your gallivanting from one family/friends party to another. Make sure this year that you get to share some special time alone, exchange your hand-made gifts, and watch the special Christmas episode of your favourite programme while munching on a box of chocs in your pyjamas. This way you can feel good in the knowledge that you had a nice quiet special time before your bombarded with the hustle and bustle of family, friends and shrieking kids.

5.	Don’t forget what Christmas is truly about, it’s easy to forget because it has been extremely commercialised. If you don’t know what Christmas is really about then ponder on it a little. This might make you see how irrelevant and unimportant everything else is. Take time to reflect on where you were at the start of the year and how you and your partner have managed to make it to the end because some people haven’t.

Congratulations, your relationship is now holiday-proof!!

Christmas is supposed to be cheerful, happy and fun, so take a chill pill, don’t allow society to brainwash you into making such a big deal of everything. Spend quality time instead of money, and I guarantee that your relationship will see next Christmas!!

Staycationers helping UK’s economy

The economy is often compared with a lot of things but not often is it compared with a balloon but that is exactly how it behaves sometimes; when pushed at one part it pops out at another. The economic downturn has affected the aviation industry adversely but the misfortunes of the aviation industry not only lead to a new word being coined about people who would have fly out of UK on expensive holiday to exotic destinations but have decided to take a holiday at home in UK; Staycation.

Staycationers are helping the UK tourism and hospitality industry as they spend money that will otherwise be spent abroad in UK. One industry that is benefiting tremendously from Staycationers is the camping equipment industry. One of the leading bike and camping equipment retailer in the UK Halfords experience a recession busting £61 million increase in earning which represent a 24% rise in its taking this year when compared with its earning pre-recession. Halfords online sale, which only accounts for 5% of its sales, is yet to enjoy the significant rise the brick-and-mortar part of its business has seen.

Other companies that specialise in camping equipment, products and services staycationers need to make the most of their holiday in UK also experience increase in business, online camping equipment specialist camping online said it has seen and increase in number of enquires from people buying tents and other camping accessories for use in the UK

Online Nursing programs, a convinient way to become qualified nurse

If there is one profession that has seen a yearly decrease in the number of people getting recruited, it is nursing. The number of resident nurses and particularly males has seen a drastic decline and that is a very threatening situation for the future of healthcare. In areas of trauma care, emergency services and other such requirements, the need for good male nurses has never been more pronounced. This coupled with many existing nurses due for their retirement is creating a situation wherein there is an acute demand for qualified healthcare professionals and the various hospitals and nursing institutions are doing everything possible to encourage people to take to this profession through accredited online nursing programs to train professionals already busy with other careers but may want to take up a career in nursing once you have a suitable nursing degree .
Over the years, these accredited universities have perfected their online training delivery system to produce many qualified graduates who are finding ready employment just like their campus counterparts. These online courses offer people the best opportunity to pursue a learning program at their pace while still being active in whatever they are currently doing.

In order to motivate the best of young males and females to take up nursing as a career and to wean them away from other preferred career options, nurse recruiters have been toiling hard and now are in a position to offer them attractive assignments and incentive payouts. As it is with the shortage that is being experienced, the salaries have shot up and better working conditions are being offered to interested people. The recruiters are aware that a professional in any other career will be able to provide good value addition in terms of both experience and knowledge and if they can make the entry into the noble career of nursing easier, many might make the switch. The expectation is that professionals from other fields with adequate training provided by online nursing programs will find the nursing career equally challenging and they will be able to contribute effectively to decision making, administration, process improvements, care management, coordination and many more. The need for nursing services is also being felt in the aviation and cruise line industries and the job openings for travel nurses that have been created is good news for those seeking a change of career.

The options available are many, ranging from Bachelor of Science in Nursing to Master of Science in Nursing and even post graduate qualifications. You can start off with the two year Associate degree programs and give your career the fillip it requires with these BSN, MSN and post graduate programs. The best part about such online nursing programs is that as a qualified professional, you can make inroads into the private healthcare sector as well and carve out your identity in specific companies related to this sector.

Those interested in vertical career movement within the nursing field and wanting to take up clinical research, nursing anesthesia and upper management functions, would do well to do their MSN program online. This will equip you with the theoretical as well as practical clinical skills to make a mark in the area you desire.

To summarise, the online nursing programs offer you flexibility of learning, ease of learning from the comfort of your home and provide you the opportunity to switch careers to something you may have always preferred but could not. The current crisis in getting good nurses means that you may not get a better opportunity to get in and the facilities the profession is offering is second to none. Besides the pay and other facets related to the job, it is the satisfaction of doing something noble and helping mankind that you can feel proud of when you take up nursing as a career.
