How to contact customer support
Make sure you’re signed in to your Intuit account to request a call or chat with us.
We will contact you (call back): get the number without a phone key. Leave your number and we will contact you. Start with your product’s Help menu.
Send us a message (Chat): Start an online conversation with a QuickBooks expert. You can do this directly from QuickBooks Desktop or from our support website.

How to receive calls or messages from us
Open QuickBooks.
Go to Help and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
Select Contact Us.
Provide a brief description of the problem, then select Continue.
Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue to proceed to My Account.
If you don’t have an account, be sure to create a new one.
We will send you a one-time use code. Enter the code and select Continue.
If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and continue.
Choose to chat with us or call us.

Connect to QuickBooks Desktop for Mac
Open QuickBooks.
Go to Help and select QuickBooks Help.
Select Contact Us.
Provide a brief description of the problem, then select Continue.
Sign in to your Intuit account and select Continue to proceed to My Account.
If you don’t have an account, be sure to create a new one.
We will send you a unique activation code. Enter the code and select Continue.
If you have more than one account, select the account you want to use and continue.
Choose to chat with us or call us.
